The Machine Minds are gone. Earth has disappeared. Transhumanity has been scattered and isolated across the Sol System, and an entity known as The Distant Shore looms above as a constant caustic presence.
You are Psions -- individuals who carry one of the few surviving Machine Mind Ancile. This partnership has granted you new perspective on the universe and the ability to bend or even break causal reality.
You have the power to fill the vacuum left by the Machine Minds, but you must also resist the resurgence of corporate colonialism and fascist extremism. You may even face other Psions — Tyrants come to carve a piece of a System for themselves — and there are stranger, more alien things lurking out there in the dark.
